Online Application and in-person interview. Online application was easy to fill out. I had to also upload my resume. I received a call for interview within days. Of note, I was referred for this position and it was outside of the U.S.
The process was fair and complete with tough but fair, thoughtful, and clever questions. I was never made to feel like my time was not respected. The process involved both over the phone screening, virtual interview, and in person.

Was called for an interview but then declined without interview for no reason at all. Very confused about this. I'm still waiting for them to call me back. Maybe they will but this wasn't the best way to do things.
