I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Serco Group (Perth, Western Australia) in Feb 2018
Interview
I was interviewed by two men in a non-formal environment, there was no one from the HR department. They seemed to be disinterested and in a hurry to get the interview over and done with. When I answered questions, they wouldn't even wait to hear the answer and were dismissive. The whole process was rushed and unpleasant.
