Standard phone interview (20-30mins) followed by a formal interview at the company's headquarters in Reston, VA

Met with the Program Director in person. He reviewed my resume and asked me questions pertaining to my work experience. I had to explain the processes, procedures, and military systems that I was familiar with and how long I had been working with them. He asked behavioral questions such as how to deal with difficult clients.
