There were 2 rounds of 1-1 discussions.
First round was with the senior executive and second round was with the team leader.
The first round of interview was for about 15 mins and the second round of interview was for 1 hour.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Serco Group (Birmingham, England)
Interview
Telephone Interview first and then a 1 hour Face to Face Interview. Telephone Interview was arranged in advance and was prompt and on time. Face to Face interview was equally well organised.
