The interview process was smooth. I had two interviews. The first was with the HR Recruiter to check compatibility, typical questions. What is your pay range, discuss work experience/qualifications, review company benefits. Second interview was with the hiring manager. Very easy going. More discussion of experience/qualifications, discussion on company culture, management style, team structure. Seemed like a good place to work. This was a remote offering. Average/expected benefits.
