Interview
I applied online, had a phone screening shortly after. I had a video interview a few weeks later. It was a really bizarre experience. My interview was 2 hours long. I interviewed with HR, two partners. an associate attorney and a paralegal. The interview seemed to go pretty well. They said I would hear back on their decision the following week. However, I thought that was quite early. A week went by and I hadn't heard back from the firm. I reach out numerous times for an update and there was no response- not even a rejection. A month went by and still no followup. I thought it was quite rude, inconsiderate and it was a waste of my time.

Interview
There were a total of three interviews. There was one interview with HR. The two other interviews with the a partner and an attorney from the law firm. The partner seemed to have a natural demeanor during the interview, while the attorney had an upbeat attitude.

Kindly stop wasting people's time. Reach out once you have found your perfect candidate. Also reposting the same position after rejecting candidates is tacky, it makes the company appear to have high turnover which means internally there are issues that need to be resolved. Seems like a great company but use better strategies on the recruitment end.
