Interview
Apply on line which was very simple. Was called in to do a quick interview which required me to meet the Front end manager where she talked about the position. Didn't need a resume or any qualifications. Was in and out very quickly. Not a difficult interview at all. I don't think I was asked very many questions at all. After the interview and the drug test I was told what day to come in and get oriented. They have a 90 day hiring period where both you and the employer decide if the job is right for you. After that time you get a pay raise from 7.50 to 7.75
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Shaw's (Colchester, VT) in Apr 2016
Interview
We hit it off right away as we had both lost our husbands in the last few years and felt very comfortable with each other. Told her of my previous jobs and why I moved from California to Vermont. It was during the recession and no jobs available and so I went to live with my youngest daughter and her husband and 3 grandchildren. Until I found my own apartment. She was happy I lived close by for work. Took the drug test and agreed to background check and finally after 3 weeks I was offered the job. Then came in took all kinds of tests after video listening and it took a who day to do it. Got a call that next afternoon and said I would start as a bagger and then learn how to be a cashier. That is what they did, and now a full time checkout cashier.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Shaw's (Windham, NH) in Mar 2015
Interview
Very fast interview process overall. I previously worked for the company so that factored into the speediness of the entire process but very general questions were asked and a mouth drug test was taken on the spot. 25 minute interview or so with a few documents here and there and a position offer on the spot.

Interview
I filled out an application online, came in for an interview with the manager and was hired on the spot. It seems they make the decision before you even come in since there aren't really any questions. After meeting with me and just asking why I wanted the job and why I left my old one, I was brought into an office for a drug test and hired. The next week I came in for orientation and started the next day.
