      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shiftsmart in Jun 2021

      Interview

Initial screen, then I completed a case, had a case interview with a VP and the hiring manager, several interviews with different members of the team and finally met the CEO. Team interviews were mostly behavioral in nature. It was difficult to get a response from the company after my CEO interview before they finally let me know that they wouldn't be moving forward with my application. It started out as a positive experience but wound up being negative based on the lack of communication. Feedback was frustrating as well as they knew about my experience from the beginning but said I didn't get the role given my experience (or lack thereof). I ended up feeling like my time was wasted.
