I was contacted by the recruiter via my LinkedIn profile. I had never heard of the company but once I did my research I realized what an incredible opportunity this would be (just checkout the YouTube videos if you want to see for yourself!) My recruiter was super friendly and knowledgeable. She explained a little bit about the company, position, and awesome benefits. She set me up a few days later on a video call with the hiring team. The interview was incredibly straightforward and really allowed me to highlight some of my past experiences while explaining how I would react in different situations. Both interviewers were patient, compassionate, and easy-going. They took the time to answer all of my questions.
