They send you a confirmation email if your skills match the job requirements. Not much of an interview really. This method of hiring is preferable for me. It is super!
It was a Group interview, with very few questions at all and little conversation. It felt like a lunch meetup. You felt like you already had the job if you made it here. And you did honestly.

great process, even better orientation. The orientation was very engaging and my friend and I were def excited for our first day. The room was a little warm and we had to wear masks even though we were both vaccinated but it is what it is
Quick and easy. I go in to submit documentation then shortly after it’s orientation to attend . My method of communication was via email and I was guided through the hiring process.
