Lack of communication from hiring manager and recruiter, lots of turnover in the company; great for entry level work but this is not the place to grow your career or plan for future growth or development
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ShipMonk (Wilkes-Barre, PA) in Feb 2022
Interview
I was informed how awesome I was doing in the interview process, they had me go through literally 6 of them. Said I just had to meet with one more person and we could move onto the offer phase. The interviews were so unstructured and I was interviewing with hr people. In the end I didn’t get the job, which is fine, I just don’t understand how I didn’t deserve something more than a form letter after going through so many interviews. I’m obviously a hr professional and while it’s not practical to call every candidate that doesn’t get a job, it certainly is the professional thing to do after you’ve had a candidate go through so many hurdles.
