I had an initial LinkedIn message from one of their team, and subsequently had a call. I was really impressed that Serena took time to look through my profile and explain why she felt I was suited to the role. Generally recruiters can be very impersonable and quite pushy. I went for an in-person interview the following week and i had a really good feeling about the place and people. I then progressed to a final stage interview with the Head of Talent and the Head of Sales, which went very well. What really impressed me is that they appreciate diversity and difference and see that as an asset - a lot of companies tend to look for people who fit a certain mould.
