I my role as a recruiter I have a good understanding to what a good candidate experience looks like including the interview and assessment process. I have personally experienced this process as very positive throughout. I had a total of six high level engagements with key business leaders and was given the opportunity to learn about Sidetrade as an organisation, teams & culture and growth opportunity. Each of my interviews were great, very insightful, open, honest and transparent. The excitement was building after each call. The planning of the interviews were also quick and efficient, prompt and detailed feedback was given too.
