Interview
HR interview then hiring manager then presales manager interview then panel as a final round .The process started in Dec and ended up in March . Panel instructions were limited and case was very focusing on the solution capabilities.

Question 1
Panel was really not favorable to project any progressional situaiton as it was not realistic. . The GM and the vp sales were on site , very aligned to head toe to toe against the candidate .Hr very passive over visio . Not constructive messages have been conveyed at the end of the panel so as to put down the candidate with no reason.

I first interviewed with a Recruiter. Then multiple different sales leader interviews and some technical resource interviews . Then a “role-play” with CEO and a couple other. Worst experience in my career. CEO was disrespectful and pompous. Confirmed by other current employees looking to leave.

Quick process, but with no-shows, being interview by several, smart people, but then suddenly came to a stop without any feedback. Hence it was a bit disappointing. Otherwise their offering seems good, but had no presence in the region at that time.
