Interview
The interview was great. The director said I was finalized but in the end I was not offered a job saying that they found a better candidate. Understandable, but disappointed considering how I was essentially trained by the director to get on calls in my second round and he said he liked the way I went on cold calls.

Interview
First, I received an email from the recruiter asking to arrange a half hour interview.
The first part was a phone interview with the recruiter - 30minutes
After 2/3 days I was asked to schedule a second interview through teams
2nd videocall interview with global director and sales manager - 45/60 minutes.
I was not selected for the 3rd stage - role play, but the recruiter offered me feedback that I asked for but never received in the end.
