Resume then test then two rounds of in office interviews first with immediate super and then with broader team. Test with emphasis on creative thinking and specific dev knowledge and experience.
They made me work on a take-home assessment, then a call with the hiring manager, and the last round was a panel interview. After the interview, they said they would get back to me by next week. They won't; they'll just ghost you like they did with other applicants, according to the reviews here. I don't understand why sending a simple rejection email is so hard.
