They made me work on a take-home assessment, then a call with the hiring manager, and the last round was a panel interview. After the interview, they said they would get back to me by next week. They won't; they'll just ghost you like they did with other applicants, according to the reviews here. I don't understand why sending a simple rejection email is so hard.
