Interviewers did all the talking. They were trying to sell me on the position. Quite an interest interview. Spoke with Sales Manager, his boss, then the owner. All done over the phone.

I met directly with the CEO and had about an hour meeting. He asked a lot of conceptual questions and explained the software platform as well as his vision for the company. His approach was very methodical and it was clear he was looking to hire closers. Only apply if you know how to close because it will be very obvious, very quickly if that is not part of your skill set.
