The interview consisted of the management team and they clearly had little to no education or experience being in an interview. if this is a sign of how the company is run, don't take an offer.

You leave very informed. And everyone is polite. They know who's willing to put forth the time and the grind! Very awesome and approachable plant manager. Was told what was expected took the plant tour and learned the very intriguing story of the historic building

Very simple interview, they basically wanted to know if you could figure anything out mechanically. They seemed pretty excited to just have someone that could breathe on there own.
