Skype interview for 1 hour. Questions were thoughtful, relevant, professional.
I was promptly asked to come in to interview in person
On-site interview lasted 2 hours. Interviewed by multiple engineers, CTO, and Founder/CEO. I was able to ask all the questions I wanted. I was given an offer on the spot. I told them I would get back to them. I really appreciated how fast the process was.
Before my interview, I read everything I could find online about Simplisafe, including all the details on GlassDoor. This did not paint a clear picture for me.

Can't point to anything too specific, but the questions were relevant and technical, as well as interpersonal/conflict resolution related questions. I liked that they were focused on getting people to talk about real knowledge, rather than trivia.

No leetcode, pretty solid process overall. Questions asked were relevant to the position itself, so it was fair.

Call with recruiter, hiring manager, and in person. Friendly people who were clear with the specific processes of hiring on a new candidate. Cool office too with free lunches sometimes.
