Just completed phone screening interview. Very pleasant and seemed to be concerned about finding the right candidate versus filling the position quickly. A recruiter contacted me regarding this role. After few days, I got a call from HR as a typical screening interview (background, responsabilities, etc) for 30 minutes. The HR Representative sent me an online reasoning assessment which consisted in a video interview that lasted for 1 hour.
