The interview process was a quick skim over whether I was competent enough to handle customers and the register, but mainly focused on the type of person I am and the moral values I hold and how respectful I am.

Interview
Sit down interview with two of the restaurant managers. I brought a resume but it didn't seem to be required as long as I finished their application form. Then they called about a week later to tell me I got the job.

Interview
Interview was fairly easy and casual. The manager just asked a few questions while sitting at one of the tables in the restaurant. After speaking with her for approximately 7 minutes, she told me she would hire me and started that Friday (interview was on Wednesday).
