Interview process was handled in 5 steps, the first being an intro interview with the department manager, the next being a skill assessment test, and the next 3 being various interviews with members of the team and other managers. After completing four of these steps and awaiting to proceed to the next interview, I joined the call where it was meant to take place. After 30 minutes of nobody joining the call, I contacted the recruiting team. They informed me that the final manager that was meant to interview me had become pre-occupied and would need to reschedule to another day. This was after 45 minutes past the scheduled time and me having to reach out as I'd not been notified by anyone on their end prior. However, I opted to reschedule to align with their timeline a few days later. During the wait for that interview, the team contacted me via form letter email to let me know that my application had been rejected as they'd found someone that better fit their needs for the role. I have no hard feelings for choosing another candidate, however the process and run around to get accurate information on my interview status was, in my opinion extremely unprofessional and messy. Luckily reaching out to the recruiting team yielded more straight forward results.
