I wasn't in the esports space, so I came to meet with the hiring manager to see if I would be a good fit before I met with a full panel. Still 2 full days in the office is a lot. The conference room they had me in was like a sauna. I was woozy after spending 5 hours in the hot box. My only criticism is that I asked for a fan in the conference room, and they didn't try very hard to fulfill the request. They did a very good job telling me about the tough parts of the job - Long hours, junior people, more "East Coast" mentality. They wanted to make sure I was up for it. I loved how blunt they were.
