There was a standard phone interview, a 4 hour take home analytics assignment and two rounds onsite, with various members of team and org chart. Recruiting was very encouraging. Was politely nudged to wear a "collared shirt/blouse and jeans." Interviewers were in t-shirts. Some difficult probability oriented questions. Scrutinized resume for actual innovation or direction you were responsible for in your roles.
