As someone in HR i believe in letting a candidate know either way about a position. I was asked to to do an assessment. I was sent the assessment at a specific date and time. Finish the assessment and had zero follow up for 2 weeks. Even if was not accepted for the position there should be some kind of email. to 1. Let me know they received the assessment and 2. That will be hearing from them soon. Just a frustrating process.
