In my opinion, the company should show more respect for candidates' time and the recruiting team should be better organized in their internal processes. Prepare for a potentially glitchy interview experience if you are interviewing with this company. Their stock price has dropped significantly after the IPO so a lot of ppl are either leaving or are being laid off at the moment. Not the healthiest time to join a company unless you are a high risk high return person. You might also find yourself working for a gambling company instead of a gaming company since they operate in a grey area and might pivot their products due to low usage.
