I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at SkinSpirit in Jun 2021
Interview
Too casual, hiring manager just wanted to gossip about mutual people we knew. Did not want to listen to what I had to say and tried to get me to admit things about my personal life. It's basically a gossip session that has nothing to do with the job. Took MONTHS to hear back but was told to keep waiting because I would get my offer letter soon. Took almost 6 weeks to get my offer after being told I would get it 5 weeks earlier.

Interview
From my first experience with a recruiter, to my last interview- I was blown away by the level of communication and full transparency of the process. Throughout every step, each person genuinely cared what I had to say, and wanted to make sure the culture fit was just right. It was lengthy, but so so worth it.
