I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Smarsh (Portland, OR)
Interview
The interview process was long and tedious and spanned 3 months which is unusual. Since I was a big fan of the company I kept pursuing . I had two rounds of phone interview , an aptitude test , and Four rounds of face to face . People here are friendly and fun and the interview seemed like a conversation more than a test. I did not ended up getting the offer which I attribute more to the hiring persons biases than anything else. I felt positive , I heard positive reviews however they just came up with an illogical response like you are more technical than we thought .

The interview process was pretty standard, recruiter screen, HM call, eng manager call and group team member call, then one last call with another team member. Overall pretty chill, felt like they were trying to get through a list of questions.
One of the members were rude in the call
an unpolite interview with an interviewer on his phone or on his computer. no courtesy at all. glad to have a such experience at this phase to understand what kind of boss that could be this recruiter
