      Developer Advocate Interview

      Jan 22, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      San Diego, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snyk (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2018

      Interview

I sent in a resume, cover letter, and answered a couple of written questions. The first conversation I had was with the manager of the team, and then I spoke with several other people on the team or on related teams. I provided a link to writing and speaking samples. There was no "test" like a coding challenge etc, beyond me providing these examples. They had to reschedule things once or twice, but I went from submitting my application to offer in about 2 weeks. Friendly interview process overall. All conversations were over a video conference, as I am remote.
