Coming from HR seeing how other hiring teams operate every once in awhile provides a lot of insights - gauging the competition. This team was the worst. I've never had to interact with such condescending folks in HR or Talent Acquisition. I guess it's a good thing it is so obvious, and to be made aware of it that early on, saves people time, energy and embarrassment. This one does not come across as a workplace with a healthy culture. The vibes are childish and narrow minded and very far from my personal views and beliefs.
