I went through 3 stages, all of which to be honest I really enjoyed. I thought everyone was really nice to talk to.. but then? Silence. Interesting to read on here a few others having this experience. It's incredibly odd to be interviewed in an HR/recruitment role and to be then ghosted by recruiters. All of the people who interviewed me talked extensively about their culture and values, and the importance of this, which I valued highly - but having chased numerous times and not even being told if I'm successful or not, one has to assume 6 weeks later that it's a 'no'. I'm not sure why it's a problem to tell someone they're unsuccessful - but despite the pleasant interviews, this ending has left me with a sour taste. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity shown. Whoever is heading up the recruitment now needs to have a word with the team - it's not acceptable!
