Went through the entire interview process which took over a month meeting with 5 different levels above the hiring manager. Was offered the role at $60k lower than what I currently make even though they continuously said they could match/beat where I was at throughout the process.
Multiple interviews with leadership and peers. The questions were straight forward for a sales role. Focused most on past experience in the cloud and security space. Friendly and supportive throughout the process.
Spoke to the recruiter, then the manager, the director, and then the VP. All very nice people and asked lots of questions about myself and my experience. The entire process took around 4 weeks until the offer came.
