I applied and within a couple of days, a recruiter contacted me. The whole process moved quickly and I had interviews with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and his manager all within a week. They didn't get into asking about any hard skills and spent the whole time discussing soft skills but that may have been influenced by the role. The whole process was very fast and efficient with the recruiter being very helpful and communicative. I didn't get the offer but they gave me a really good interviewing experience.
