Tell me about yourself and why do you want to join the company?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Snyk (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Mar 2025
Interview
1) Recruiter asking about interest in the company, past employment salary expectations etc. Pretty standard
2) Take-home exam using their product on a sample project and creating documentation of the results
3) Interview with a Technical Support Director
4) Interview with Technical Support Manager
5) Second interview with Technical Support Manager with a more technical questions (problem solving skills)
6) Background check/referral and offer.
Overall, everyone was very nice and professional. The interviews were all done over zoom but felt very personable and was more like a conversation than "interrogation-like" as some interviews can feel. They went in great depth on the role and company and why it's a great place to work. Everyone seemed very passionate in every step. Recruiter would follow up and schedule next interview within 2-4 days which showed a great deal of professionalism.
