Interview process is projected into three phases i.e. HR Round, Mangerial Round and the final Round. HR round is based on your your attitude, behaviour, your agenda and your speaking skills. Mangerial round is based on your theoritical bacground, your understanding regarding your academics and your perception regarding work and pressure. Final round is based on your skills and your expectations with the organisation.
