I had an initial interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist who was very polite and professional.
The questions were pretty standard, reviewing my background, some behavioral questions, etc. It lasted about 30 minutes.
Prior to the end of the interview, I knew I was most likely not going to be moving forward in the process. But I was really impressed that the Specialist took the time to send me a personalized email a few days later to confirm. Overall just left with a very positive impression of the company.
It is always very telling how a company treats employees by how it treats candidates during the interview process.
I spoke with 3 different leveled managers, no take home test.
Everyone was very nice.
The interview was not easy or hard.
The final round was in office, where I met my future manager.
Multiple interviews, both video & phone, including a strategy assessment. Lack of follow up from the recruiters after numerous attempts to reach out on next steps or if the company had gone a different direction.
