I applied online through southwest.com/careers, a couple months later I got an email to set up time for a phone interview with a Recruiter after the phone interview they said they would let me know next steps in about a week. A week later I got a phone call they wanted to fly me down for an in person interview, I flew down on a Thursday morning, did the interview, and flew back Thursday afternoon, a week later I got a phone call offering me the internship!!

I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire interview process. The first step was a phone call interview and from there I was brought into the headquarters for an in-person interview. They made me feel extremely comfortable and it was more of a conversation than an interview.
