      Intern Interview

      Jan 11, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Little Rock, AR
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Power Pool (Little Rock, AR) in Dec 2016

      Interview

Process took only a few weeks. It consisted of one meeting with three top supervisors. They mostly asked personality questions (e.g., do you consider yourself introverted or extroverted?). It went smoothly, and I received an offer about a month later.

      Interview

Great process and was very professional. They asked me simple questions and made me feel comfortable. I was nervous at first but as soon as the virtual meeting started I was at ease. Great company and staff overall

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Southwest Power Pool in Feb 2013

      Interview

The interview process was difficult and you must know what they are looking for to have any chance. I recommend knowing everything about the company and make sure you have a clear goal of where you want to go. The interview process was intense with 5 hiring managers and then HR. There were over 100 applicants and 5 accepted.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What was you least favorite class and grade and why? What can you bring to the company? Why should we hire you?
