The whole process is about 30 mins, I have to talk to the branch manager and director, and then they show me how's their company looks like, showing different equipment

Typical interview process. Straight forward and general behavioral questions. Felt more on the casual side and was a one on one with the hiring manager. Good experience overall and heard back relatively quickly.
Just a conversation to get to know me as an individual. professional experience and competency assumed, would I fit the environment. More around personality rather than scenario based questions. Quite informal which was good.
