For the apprenticeship interview they get you to talk to other apprentices in different areas of the store as well as a one to one interview with the apprentice coach.

There was at least a week's wait time between each stage of the process - applying, receiving a call, receiving an interview, and then receiving the outcome. The interview was a very laid-back, casual interview, and took around twenty minutes at max. Two of them took me to a nearby cafe and bought me a drink before sitting down and actually beginning the interview. They said it was more of a casual chat, and I'd agree. Very friendly people, made it very easy to relax. There were some standard questions, and also questions relevant to my CV or the answers I gave.
