I arrived 10 minutes early, sat waiting for over 25 minutes. Was interviewed in a small office room and asked a few basic questions. I was told that the traineeship has a two-part selection process, the second part being a trial-shift at Specsavers. The interview only lasted about 15 minutes when it was supposed to last 30. They said they would let me know 3 days later about the outcome - I was not notified that I'd been unsuccessful, I found out when I happened to be looking on Indeed and saw the status of my application changed to "not selected by employer".
