Interview
Had a one to one interview in the director's office with the clinical manager. Was asked questions and had the store's operating process explained along with the opening times and how to progress on the various career paths available. Was then made to shadow a couple employees on the shop floor and take notes that were then relayed back to the clinical manager after spending some time with the current employees
Was then asked to come back for another induction where I had to shadow current employees on the shop floor for a couple of hours

Brief interview, mainly was asked about previous jobs and why I wanted to work for Specsavers. The atmosphere wasn't tense, so I felt comfortable instead of on edge as I usually did with the interviews.

Was invited to the managers office where I was interviewed by the manager and store supervisor.
They were polite and properly invested in the interview. Only complaint I had is it took way too long for them to get back to me with the results of the interview. And with how it was handled I have a feeling that they were waiting for a specific person to show up whom they already decided would be hired prior to the interview process.
