I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Specsavers (London, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
I had known the manager for a few years due to completing work expereience previously, so I managed to get an interview quite quickly. The interview itself went well, was short and I was told I did well at the end of the interview, and I'd be contacted the following week.
The following week they did not contact me, and I was told there were several additional interviews that week so they still hadn't reached a decision, and they'd call me the following week. This repeated again, and after repeatedly calling, they said they had no room on the rota for me until a few more months. It seemed as if they were trying not to tell me and hoped I would stop calling. They wasted my time by trailing me for an additional 3 weeks by saying that they were keen on me but still had to figure out the rota.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Specsavers (Market Harborough, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was taken up to one of the offices, we sat down and had a casual conversation which had some of the interview questions slipped in. It was a really relaxed environment.

Question 1
Can you give me a time when you have given or received great customer service?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Specsavers (Liverpool, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied through Indeed and received an email to attend an interview a few days later. Interview was very chilled, relaxed and informal. Was just a basic chat on what experience I had and why I wanted the job and what I enjoyed doing.
