Interview
I got a call from Specsavers after applying online. First they asked me a few questions over the phone and then we organised a time for a face-to-face interview. After the face-to-face interview with the store directors (most of the questions were about my availabilities) I was invited to do a trial run where I came in and showed them if I could work well with the team and to also demonstrate my customer service skills. I got a job offer after the trial!
Brief interview, mainly was asked about previous jobs and why I wanted to work for Specsavers. The atmosphere wasn't tense, so I felt comfortable instead of on edge as I usually did with the interviews.

Was invited to the managers office where I was interviewed by the manager and store supervisor.
They were polite and properly invested in the interview. Only complaint I had is it took way too long for them to get back to me with the results of the interview. And with how it was handled I have a feeling that they were waiting for a specific person to show up whom they already decided would be hired prior to the interview process.
