Recently had an interview, with the recruiter and reporting manager. The role was different to what was described to be via the phone screen process. The interview itself was quite formal, text book feel which didn’t leave me with a feel that I wanted to be a part of this culture. Had a missed call from the recruiter to which I called back seeking feedback. I’d still appreciate some feedback. However I guess I got my feedback after seeing the advertised role on a job seeking website instead. Not a real pleasant experience, rather a negative vibe to which I’m glad not to be part of this culture.
