Online application, telephone call within 24-48 hours and a good 30-40 min telephone interview which went well, ending with a request to hold particular dates for a face to face interview. Following this nothing further and follow up messages were ignored, a very poor candidate experience, and have been approached via recruiters so clearly not filled. I know several applicants who have been ignored after being advised to hold dates.
