Two interviews before being hired. Face to face interviews. At the beginning they offered to me a part time job as leaflet distributor, paid on the number of hours I used to work. After two months they offered to me to join them in the shop, as optical assistant. They gave me the opportunity to attend many training, well organized by Head Office. Very good start. Then direction has changed and everything has changed as well. No time for external trainings. Promotions without proper training due to lack of time. Same wage with more responsibilities.
