Very laid back casual chat more than an interview, they ask you about previous jobs why you left them, about old managers explain the role in specsavers nothing too intimidating they also explained the different branches in specsavers and how you can build you way up

The interviewer was very friendly and welcoming. I have no experience and didn’t know what to expect or ask and they said I was very nice. They gave me water and offered me tea. I didn’t want tea
