Interview was conducted in a friendly proffessional manner, made me feel at ease. Explained the job role in detail advising of hours required and wages. Discussed previous roles and strengths and my knowledge of the optical and hearing proffession. Also discussed training and the progression within the company. Overall very happy with the interview and how long I had to wait to be offered the position.

Interview
I applied online. The next day I got a text saying that I have to fill out an online questionnaire. 11 days later I get a call to come in for an interview. I don't think the store was aware there was an interview arranged since the manager didn't even have my CV ready. But anyway, he asked me the typical interview questions and told me afterwards that they'd be in touch within a week to arrange my trial day. They called me the same day after 5pm saying that my trial is on Saturday. yay!
